3. User account

You do not need to create a user account to buy in the Shop. Registering can, however, make shopping quicker and easier.

4. Orders and conclusion of the contract

An order is deemed accepted when the Shop sends an order confirmation to the buyer’s e-mail address. The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the Shop confirms the order.

5. Prices and payment

Product prices are stated in euros and include VAT. Various payment methods are available and will be shown when you place an order.

6. Delivery

The Shop undertakes to deliver the ordered goods no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. Delivery costs will be clearly stated when you place an order.

7. Right of withdrawal

Buyers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. They must then return the goods undamaged and in their original packaging.

8. Returning products

Return procedure:

Notice of return: The buyer must inform the Shop of their intention to return a product via the e-mail address [insert e-mail address] within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Returned goods: The product must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging and with all accompanying documents (invoice, warranty, etc.).

Return costs: The buyer bears the cost of returning products, unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

Refund of the purchase price:

After receiving the returned goods, the Shop will check their condition and refund the purchase price to the buyer no later than 14 days after receiving the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

9. Personal data protection

The Shop respects the legislation on personal data protection and ensures compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2).

Processing of personal data:

Buyers’ personal data is collected and processed solely for fulfilling orders, communication and improving the user experience. Buyers must give their consent separately for each purpose for which their personal data is processed and have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.

Users’ rights:

Users have the right to request information about where, how and for what purposes their personal data is processed. Users may request that their personal data be corrected or deleted, except where retaining the data is required by law.

Data security:

The Shop takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. In the event of a personal data breach, the Shop will report the breach to the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours and inform the individuals concerned where necessary.

10. Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute between the buyer and the Shop, both parties will try to resolve it amicably. If this is not possible, the competent court is in Ljubljana.

11. Final provisions

These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and the Electronic Commerce Market Act (ZEPT). The Shop reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. By using the Shop, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to them.
